Chlorinated Polyethylene CPE 135A can be used to manufacture a variety of PVC profiled for door & window. In general, if 8-10 PHR CPE 135A is added in 100 PHR PVC Resin, the impact strength of PVC finished products will be 3-4 times higher. At present, Chlorinated Polyethylene CPE 135A is most widely used impact modifier in PVC profile industry.
Chlorinated Polyethylene CPE 135A can also be used in Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) as modifier. It will help improve their flame retardancy, mechanical properties and ageing resistance. So CPE 135A is usually used to manufacture cable & wire with excellent electric properties.
Soft PVC products made by blends of Chlorinated Polyethylene CPE 135A and PVC Resin also has wide applications. CPE 135A is used as a kind of plasticizer which protects ordinary plasticizer from the migration.
Chlorinated Polyethylene CPE 135A has excellent abrasion resistance and flexing resistance. So it can be used to manufacture shoe sole and water-proof membrane.
