CPE/CM is a kind of new type of high polymer composite material which is got from the inter-reaction of polyethylene and chlorine gas.
A kind of special composite rubber of good comdivhensiv-e performance. They are also the ideal plastic modifier.
CPE/CM has a series of good performance because of its molecular structure with no double linkage and chlorine atoms of non rules in big molecule:
1. Good age resistance, anti-ozone and weather resistance;
2. Good resistance to chemicals, acid and alkali corrosion, and a good solvent;
3. Good flexibility and high elastic;
4. Good flame and oil resistance;
5. Good electrical properties, high insulation resistance and arc;
6. Good chromatic and touch;
7. High compatibility with other polymers (plastic and rubber), known as the “essential” polymer;
8. High filling rate of various fillers.
CPE resins can be formulated to produce high quality extruded，molded and calendered products that require good heat,oil,chemical resistance and compression set properities.CM compounds can be cross-linked by moisture, radiation, peroxide or thiadiazole cure syetems.
